YourDOST, India’s largest emotional wellness organisation was envisioned with the mission to make the world a happier place. In the last decade, the co-founders, Richa Singh and Puneet Manuja have supported more than 30 lakhs individuals and 500+ organisations, saving 12,000+ lives so far. But they believe that a lot more needs to happen to embrace conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
With India ranking the lowest in happiness as a nation, India’s largest Happiness Festival was conceptualised to enable people to understand wellbeing better, grasp the science behind it and gain techniques to elevate their mental health and happiness to build a developed nation that is working at its best and doing its best.
